Created in 2012 to combat the cold weather challenges of the shave ice business, this little kettle corn stand has stood the test of time, serving up warm, sweet and salty goodness no matter the season! Kettle, Caramel, Fruity, Cheese, Spicy and other flavors are available.

I began my concessionaire journey selling shave ice at Blue Heron Park in Moses Lake. That first summer I thought I was a big deal shaving my four blocks per day enjoying a bbq in the park. We have come a long way since then and have learned so much!

Coming from a small business family, it was only natural to build a few ventures of my own beyond concessions. None of this would be possible without concessions, my family and John. He manages daily operations at home, and often represents me at fairs!

In 2020, when fairs and festivals paused due to COVID-19, I seized the opportunity to make a difference in my community, representing small business and the people of our county I ran for County Commissioner. I was recently re-elected in November 2024.
